My signature brownie recipe is fudgy and decedent made from real butter, free-range eggs and quilty chocolate.
I have been making this recipe throughout my career as a qualified pastry chef in many restaurants, I have supplied to cafes and they were a huge hit in my "Brownie Bar" at the weekly Christchurch Farmers Markets back in my NZ days.

- Biscoff and Caramilk - Marbled with crunchy Biscoff pieces and Caramilk chunks.
- Berry Cheesecake - Marlbed with cheesecake mixture and berry compete, topped with freeze-dried raspberies.
- Snickers - Salted Caramel and roasted peanuts, topped with caramelized peanuts.
